How do I track my shipment?

You have a docket number, you can track your package by putting the docket number in "Track packages" link provided at the respective service provider’s website. You may also do the same by selecting clicking at track your shipment at our home page.

If you're not sure whether your order has been shipped, check the status of your recent orders in your account @ platform (for example you have an account with eBay then you would find all the details about your shipment in ‘MyeBay’ at eBay site).

When will my international order arrive?

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. You may track your shipment with the tool provided at our website or contact us for more details.

If your item becomes defective more than 30 days past the shipment date and it is under warranty, you must contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

What is your return policy?

Our general return policy is as under, however, please read carefully return policy for each item mentioned along with the listing :

  • If item received by you is defective, please intimate us and return it within 3 days of receipt of item. The replacement shall be sent to you immediately on receipt of the item. If the replacement is not available the full amount will be refunded. Pick up for the defective product will be arranged by us on case to case basis. NO COST TO YOU.
  • For any reason you don’t like the product, only replacement will be offered within 10 days from item receipt and the courier charges for both ways will be paid by you. The item must be in its original condition including packing.
  • All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or store credit at your option.

We don't accept returns of the following items :

  • No refund or replacement for Perfumes / Hygiene products / Consumables
  • Grocery products and Gourmet gift baskets cannot be returned
  • Computer laptops and desktops more than 7 days after delivery
  • Any product missing the serial number
  • Downloadable software products
  • Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)

Returning Jewellery and Accessories :

If you need to return a jewellery please follow the guidelines for this particular type of merchandise. Fine Jewelry and watches that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All Fine Jewelry and watches must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks along with our original invoice.

All certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with your merchandise. Restocking fee may apply at our discretion.

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. You can print the shipping label.

Ship the package through courier or post and intimate us the docket no. for tracking the shipment or ask us to arrange the pick up through our service provider.

 

What is your refund policy?

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from and fulfilled by us.

Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, such as Grocery or Gourmet Foods, a refund will be issued when you contact us about your product issue.
